The umpire consistently meets the expectations of this competency. e.g. Umpire shows confident yet approachable body language for the large majority of the tournament.

The umpire exceeds expectations by displaying confident yet approachable body language throughout the entire tournament. Effective body language may minimize/deescalate a situation.

The umpire far exceeds expectations for this competency. This is demonstrated through unusual or unexpected circumstances. This would be over and above what is listed in "Accomplished".
